Using the app

Refeel is provided under Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement (EULA), completed by the terms below.

Refeel is a personal journal. It does not replace the advice of a doctor or psychologist, and makes no diagnosis. Statistics describe your entries; they do not claim to explain causes. If you are going through a difficult time, talk to a health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, or 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Free and Premium

The essentials of Refeel are free, with no time limit. The Premium subscription adds, among other things, all discoveries, links and trends, the whole library of perspectives, the PDF journal and multiple reminders. Details are shown in the app before any purchase.

Premium subscription

• Plans: monthly or yearly. The exact price, in your currency, is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Free trial: when a trial is offered (for example 7 days on the yearly plan), nothing is charged during the trial. At the end, the subscription starts and is billed automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Cancel: anytime, in iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Refeel (or in the app: Settings, My subscription, Manage my subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds: requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore: on a new iPhone, tap “Restore purchases” on the app’s Premium page, with the same Apple Account.

If Premium stops

You never lose access to your own data. Your journal, photos, the discoveries you opened and your library stay, and you keep noting your days. Premium content closes and only one reminder keeps ringing.

Your data

Your journal stays on your iPhone. Remember to create a backup regularly (Settings, Backup & restore) and keep it off your iPhone, for example in iCloud Drive: if you delete the app without a backup, we cannot recover it. See the privacy policy.
